Good looking and tactileI bought a few of these for cupboards, to go with the similar door knobs that we've used throughout our Victorian house. Not only are the products attractive and well made but I had excellent experience re service - the original orders arrived promptly and well packaged. There were a couple of screws mixing from one set of door knobs and this was quickly resolved by the customer service team on receipt of my email. Would recommend the company and their products.

Good quality product and efficient delivery. Noted the screw thread is not standard "M" gauge and threads on the provided bolt need to go quite a way into the knob before they grip. As I didn't order the extended bolts at the time, and a subsequent order with P&P costs would be too expensive, the solution was to recess the bolt head and washer into the door from the inside. care in measuring door thickness recommended.
