WE ARE OPEN ONLINE AND TAKING ORDERS AS USUAL! & are able to process and despatch all online orders as usual.

Please ensure that ALL enquiries or queries are made via the website.

An Update of Ordering & Deliveries

As stated, we are still taking online orders for all our door knobs and hardware.

These orders are still being delivered as usual thanks to our parcel delivery partner DPD and these will be despatched by us three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on a next day service as opposed to the normal daily despatch.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Unfortunately due to Customs restrictions, we are unable to deliver our wooden doorknobs to Republic of Ireland at this time - if an order is placed, this will be refunded back to the method of payment used to place the order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you live in Northern Ireland and are a business, we will require your XI Eori number in order to book your delivery - failure to do so WILL delay desptch.

Returns

We understand that you might not be able to return goods to us in the usual time frames. This is understandable and we would accept returns slightly outside of our usual time frames advised in our Customer Info page.

We do appreciate that these are unprecedented times for all and we appreciate your continued understanding and support.
